About this Grassroots Business Exchange Event

Meet Mary Ann Kristiansen, a remarkable entrepreneur and our featured speaker for the "Wholehearted Entrepreneurship: Aligning Passion and Balance" event!

Hailing from Minnesota, Mary Ann holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Gustavus Adolphus College. Her journey took her to New York, where she worked in advertising and finance, earning a Master's Degree in Public Administration from New York University.

In 1991, Mary Ann made a life-changing move to New Hampshire, buying Buckminster Farm in Roxbury. Here, she started a home-based soap-making business and began gardening and raising animals. Her journey led her to realize a critical gap in her community—limited markets for locally-made products and a lack of skills among local producers.

Driven by her entrepreneurial spirit, Mary Ann founded the Hannah Grimes Marketplace in 1997, creating a thriving platform for local products and providing essential business support. In 2006, she expanded her mission by establishing the Hannah Grimes Center for Entrepreneurship, dedicated to supporting the growth of local small businesses.

Join us on 1/30/2024 for an unforgettable evening with Mary Ann Kristiansen, where her inspirational story will ignite your entrepreneurial spirit. Discover how to align passion and balance for business success, and leave empowered to forge your path with authenticity and purpose. This event promises to be a game-changer, so mark your calendars and get ready for a transformative experience.
