Navigating Downtown Disruptions: Lessons from Local Leaders

Join in this engaging no-cost roundtable discussion hosted online by Radically Rural featuring Mary Hodson (MN), a seasoned advisor from Goldman Sachs' 10,000 Small Businesses and former Hutchinson Area Chamber of Commerce President, Andrea Powers (SD), Executive Director of Southern Hills Economic Development Corporation, and Caroline Burks (MS), Executive Director of Laurel Main Street. All three of their communities have been through a disruptive downtown construction project and are here to share tips, tricks, and models for effective communication, collaboration, and community engagement during the process. There will be plenty of time for questions and storytelling from attendees, who will walk away with practical tips and resources to protect Main Street businesses as well as a set of resources to be shared after the session.
