In addition: CEDC launched a new loan fund to support affordable housing development, due to the lack of capital for small unit rehabilitation. In partnership with four economic development groups, began developing a multi-language online lending platform to assist with online access for borrowers. CEDC revised its loan policy to consider social equity and impact into its underwriting process.
