CEDC Announces New Hire and Staff Expansion

Maeve Cyr as the new Community Navigator Outreach Coordinator for CEDC

The CEDC is pleased to announce Maeve Cyr as the new Community Navigator Outreach Coordinator for CEDC. Maeve will officially begin her new role starting June 20th.

Maeve was raised here in the Coos County area and has over 20 years’ experience working with the public in a variety of fields from banking to marketing and client services. She received her BFA degree in Fine Art from Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design and has completed dozens of courses with CFTEA focused on banking, customer relations, teamwork and community building. Maeve was an original contributor to the Berlin Main Street Murals in the 1990s as well as the murals at Lancaster Elementary and the newest Lancaster Mural Project. Most recently she designed the new Veterans Memorial in Jefferson..

An active member of multiple groups in the area including the VFW Ladies Auxiliary, LES PTO, Green Up Jefferson, Friends of the Library and others, Maeve has participated in events around the region. She combines her knowledge of the area with the desire to help provide new and effective opportunities for our local businesses and communities to grow and succeed for generations to come.
