The Community College System of NH and ApprenticeshipNH are taking steps to meet the needs of Northern NH’s thriving industry through registered apprenticeship and pre-apprenticeship programs. On November 17 they will hold the Apprenticeship Summit at NHTI in Concord, NH.

Opportunities in our region include hospitality and tourism, healthcare and transportation. ApprenticeshipNH is seeing additional growth in Registered Apprenticeships in advanced manufacturing, business and education. White Mountains Community College is at the center of the Northern Hub.

This statewide program has been developed to support the creation of apprenticeships in a wide variety of skilled professional fields. Working to grow the workforce and train the next generation through hands-on experience as well as technical training. An apprentice works closely with a mentor within the company to gain valuable knowledge to enhance the company's future.
